San Antonio based Nelco Media, Inc. is an award-winning total solution provider of live streaming technology. We are dedicated to building a team of motivated individuals who share a passion for customer satisfaction elation. We are currently looking for an administrative support professional who can function independently but also plays well with others. Must be able to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly, stay on top of open action items, and pay attention to details. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, flexible, and doesn’t mind sharing an office with an unusual garage sale find.  You should mention Belgian chocolate in your cover letter.




The Administrative Support Specialist position provides a variety of organizational assistance to the company president and other employees as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks upon arrival
  • Create spreadsheets to track project ordering, shipping, and receiving statuses
  • Maintain vendor pricelists, both digital and binder versions
  • Generate and reply to memos, emails, letters, invitations, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies and request new/replacement items as necessary
  • Schedule meetings and keep shared calendar up-to-date
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties including answering front door and welcoming visitors
  • Create menus and set out attractive food displays for vendor demo days, after hour socials, and other special events; general hospitality services
  • Update contacts in Outlook and Agile CRM database
  • Prepare packages for shipment and schedule pick-ups as necessary
  • Keep vendor, customer, and business-related files updated and organized

Education and/or Experience


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An upbeat, positive demeanor
  • Mature, professional presentation
  • High attention to detail; well organized
  • Skilled written and verbal communication
  • Efficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Knowledge of Agile CRM program or similar a plus
  • Proficiency with a music instrument is a plus
